The RNA Padel Tour Poland consists of three tournaments , which will be held in the following cities: Gdynia Warsaw Katowice Each tournament will be independent in terms of competition and prizes.

Each tournament will feature prizes for champions and finalists in each category. Prizes may include: Trophies Padel rackets, racket bags, and sports equipment from the Babolat brand Experiences linked to Rafa Nadal Academy Other prizes defined by the organization Rafa Nadal Academy Experience The champion pair of the Open B1 / B2 category will receive an invitation to participate in the final tournament at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca , with registration and accommodation costs covered by the organization .

Q: Introduction

RNA Padel Tour Poland is an amateur padel competition owned by Rafa Nadal Academy . The Tour is subject to the rules detailed below. Registration for any of the tournaments implies that all participants acknowledge and fully accept these regulations , as well as the decisions made by the Tour Competition Committee , even regarding aspects not expressly covered in this document. Likewise, participants waive any claim for damages they may suffer due to their participation.

Q: Registration

Registrations for each pair must be made exclusively through the website www.kluby.org . The registration method and deadlines will be specified in the individual description of each tournament published on said platform. Registration will only be considered valid once the process indicated for the corresponding tournament has been completed and the registration fee paid. Upon registration, each player will receive a welcome pack , the contents of which will be detailed in the specific information for each tournament.

Q: Categories

The official categories for the Tour will be as follows: Open B1 / B2 (Men's Category) Open B3 / C (Men's Category) Women B3 / C (Women's) Mixed B / C (Mixed) Level Criteria and Category Assignment Pairs must register in the category that corresponds to their actual playing level , taking into account their experience and usual participation in official or private competitions and/or rankings. The organization reserves the right to: Review the level of registered pairs. Reassign a pair to another category if it considers the level is not appropriate. Reject a registration if the established level criteria are not met. The objective is to guarantee a fair, balanced, and fair play-based competition .

Q: Competition Format

The competition will be played in two phases : First group stage Final knockout bracket Matches will be played to the best of two sets . In case of a one-set tie, a 10-point super tie-break will be played as the decisive set. The organization may adapt the format depending on the number of registered pairs to ensure the proper development of the tournament. The organization guarantees a minimum of 3 matches per pair.

Q: Draw and Game Brackets

The draw for the brackets will take place once registrations have closed. The draw will be random , although the organization may establish seeded players in categories where it deems it appropriate. The brackets and schedules will be published on the official website and/or official Tour channels

Q: Players

Men and women over 18 years of age , as of the date of the tournament, may participate. A federative license will not be mandatory. However, the organization may request the National Identity Document (DNI or equivalent document) at any time for reasons related to the competition. Any unsportsmanlike conduct , such as verbal abuse, aggression, or aggressive attitudes or gestures, may be sanctioned with immediate disqualification , if deemed appropriate by the Tour organization.

Q: Registration Cancellation

Pairs may request the cancellation of their registration until the date established as the registration deadline , indicated in the description of each tournament on the website www.kluby.org . Cancellation requests must be made via email to the address indicated in the corresponding tournament information . Cancellations will not be accepted after this deadline.

Q: Competition Committee

The Competition Committee , appointed by the organizers, will be the sole competent authority to resolve any disputes that may arise during the tournaments, including the interpretation of regulations and the application of the Code of Conduct. The Competition Committee reserves the right to modify, without prior notice , in whole or in part, any aspect related to the tournament, categories, dates, and regulations. The organization of the RNA Padel Tour reserves the right to suspend, modify, or adapt the competition due to force majeure, as well as to alter the order or development of any of its tournaments.
