Each team will consist of 6 players + 2 optional substitutes. Players from fourth and fifth category , registered with FITP (competitive or non-competitive), as well as non-registered players , will be allowed. One player will be designated as the team captain and will be responsible for presenting the lineup to the referee in the 30 minutes prior to the start of each match. The captain can choose different pairs for each match, allowing the players' lineup to vary. Players must be at least 14 years old. In the case of participation by foreign teams, admission will be decided at the sole discretion of the referee, regardless of foreign rankings.

The RNA Padel Tour is an amateur competition owned by the Rafa Nadal Academy.

The Tour is subject to the rules detailed below. By registering for any of the Tour's tournaments, all participants declare that they know and accept these regulations, accept the decisions made by the Tour's Competitive Committee (including aspects not included in this document), and waive any claim for damages that players might suffer as a result of their participation.

The RNA Padel Tour consists of six tournaments distributed across Italy as follows: Turin, Ancona, Rome, Milan, Naples and Florence

Registrations

Teams must register directly with the Padel Club hosting the stage.

The registration fee is €35 per player and includes:

8 welcome packs, including the official Nike Rafa Nadal Academy Padel Tour T-shirt (one per player).
A minimum of 2–3 guaranteed matches per team.
Trophies for the winning and runner-up teams, sports equipment for the third-place team, and for the best team in the group stage.

A team will be considered officially registered once it has completed the registration form and made the corresponding payment within the established period.

Once the team is registered, player changes (up to a maximum of 2) may be made before the match draws are published.
Once the competition has started, no substitutions or player changes will be allowed under any circumstances.

Men's: Viper Tournament

Women's: Energy Tournament

The team competition will consist of a men's and a women's tournament, reserved for fourth and fifth category players and non-federated players.

Players of third (maximum 3), fourth, and fifth category registered with FITP, both competitive and non-competitive, may also participate.

The team captain is responsible for ensuring that the registered players comply with the regulations.
The referee may expel from the team any player who does not comply with the regulations (with the loss of the corresponding point) without the right to a refund of the registration fee.

In the case of foreign teams, admission will be decided exclusively at the referee’s discretion, regardless of the foreign ranking.

· The tournament will take place with an initial group knockout phase, from which the top two ranked teams will advance to the direct elimination final phase.

· To qualify for the final phase, teams will obtain 3 points for each total team victory plus 1 point for each match won. In the event of a tie, sets won and then games won will be taken into account.

· Each team match will be played as the best of three encounters.

· The maximum number of teams admitted to each tournament is 16.

· A final for third and fourth place is planned.

· The team captain must present the lineup to the tournament referee within 30 minutes of the start of the match.

· Matches will be played as the best of three sets, with a tie-break in the first two sets. In the event of a tie, a 10-point super tie-break will be played.

· The competition is played with a golden point, where the receiving team will decide which side to play on. The draw and order of play will be decided by the referee, depending on the courts available for the tournament.

· If a team member arrives more than 15 minutes late without a justified cause, the team will be penalized with a W.O. and will lose that point.

· The absence of a pair in one of their matches will result in the loss of the point, whatever the cause (including injury).

· If this occurs in the first round, before the start of the team's first match, the tour organizers may accept the inclusion of a substitute who must necessarily meet the requirements established in these regulations.

· If this occurs once the first round has started, there will be no possibility of adding a substitute, which would mean the loss of that point, but not the total elimination of the team.

Men and women, players of fourth and fifth category registered with FITP, both competitive and non-competitive, may also participate. If necessary, the organization may request the National Identity Document (DNI) from participants for any reason related to the competition.

Furthermore, any type of unsportsmanlike behavior (insults, aggression, or aggressive attitudes/gestures) will be sanctioned with disqualification, if the Tour organizers deem it appropriate.

Prizes and Awards Ceremony

Babolat sports equipment for the team that finishes in third place.

Babolat sports equipment for the best team eliminated in the group stage.

Stay in Mallorca! The best team that participates in more than one tournament and obtains the highest number of points will fly to the Academy for the final.

The team must maintain the same name in all tournaments and can only change one pair per tournament.

Points for each tournament are distributed as follows:

Team ranked first in the group stage not qualified for the main draw: 30 points.
Third place in the group stage: 20 points.
Fourth place in the group stage: 10 points.
Round of 16: 40 points.
Quarter-finals: 50 points.
Semi-final: 60 points.
Finalist: 70 points.
Winner: 100 points.

It is essential that all team members are present at the awards ceremony. Otherwise, absent players will lose all rights to receive them. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the last final of all categories.

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellation of registration and refund of the fee paid may be requested, provided it is done at least four ten days before the closing date for registrations for the tournament in which you have registered, even if the reason for cancellation is non-compliance with the Classification Regulations by team members.

It will be necessary to send an email to the tournament referee requesting such cancellation.
