The Rafa Nadal Academy Padel Tour by The Adecco Group is set for its third edition in 2026 after an historic 2025, where the circuit brought together nearly 2,000 players and confirmed its consolidation as one of the leading amateur competitions in Spain.
The official presentation of the new edition was held at Club Padel G24, where the sustained growth of the circuit was highlighted. Present at the event were Franco Stupaczuck, world number 5 in padel ranking, Maribel Nadal, Deputy General Director of the Rafa Nadal Academy, and Mr. Alberto Tomé, General Director of Sports for the Community of Madrid.
After doubling the number of participants in 2025, the Tour consolidates a calendar in Spain consisting of eight events before facing the final round which, as is tradition, will be held in November at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca.
During the season, the circuit will visit Santander, Madrid, Estepona, Seville, Valencia, Gijón, Jerez, Valladolid, and Mallorca, emphasizing its presence in cities that are key for organizing sports events and strategic for the development of amateur padel. All of this is maintained with an organizational standard that has been highly valued by both clubs and players.
The team format, inspired by the Hexagon Cup, continues to be one of the circuit’s major differentiating elements. Each team consists of a minimum of six players distributed into three pairs per knockout round, guaranteeing at least two matches per event. This structure promotes competitiveness, but also cohesion, camaraderie, and a collective experience of the tournament.
Maribel Nadal, Deputy General Director of the Rafa Nadal Academy, highlighted the project’s evolution: “The participation figures and the response we receive at each venue confirm that the Rafa Nadal Academy Padel Tour has become a fixture in the national amateur calendar. Our goal is to continue growing without losing the essence that sets us apart: the team format, the comprehensive experience, and attention to every detail.”
The support of The Adecco Group as title sponsor, along with strategic partners such as Babolat, Quirónsalud, Grupo COX, Bikkoa, and Padel Point, continues to be crucial for the Tour’s growth, adding value to each event through activations, prizes, and exclusive experiences.
The circuit continues its international expansion project and, hand in hand with Playtomic, in 2026 the United States will host four circuit events in Miami, Austin, and New York, confirming the project’s global ambition. Italy will also once again play a prominent role with events in Rome, Milan, Naples, Florence, Turin, and Ancona.
This third edition of the Rafa Nadal Academy Padel Tour by The Adecco Group reinforces its leadership in Spain and confirms its position as one of the amateur championships generating the most growth and excitement on the national scene.
